Chris Everden - Managing Director

Chris's expertise covers a wide range of issues FM issues particularly in healthcare, including strategic planning,
operational expertise of the OJEU procurement procedures, liaison with bidders on contract monitoring
strategies, developing affordability models with NHS Trusts and contractors short-listing, negotiations and
evaluations and senior management mentoring and professional guidance.

Increasingly Chris has worked with the "bidder" sides on the procurement process and has helped a number of companies with their tender submissions and service delivery modelling processes. He has worked with many
of the service providers in the market post contract mobilisation, assisting them in maximising financial returns.

Chris has also developed a role in the industry as a capable and professional mediator on complex contractual
issues and relationship breakdowns.
